October 5 at 7:00 PM — Booking Link Opens

Rooms must be reserved through the official AR Youth Eventbrite link. Rooms are first come, first served. There will be no phone or in-person reservations and no waitlist. You will know that night if you secured rooms.

After Booking — Confirmation Numbers

Please allow approximately 10 business days to receive your Embassy Suites confirmation number.

December 10 — Rooming List & Cancellation Deadline

Final rooming lists must be submitted by December 10. This is also the last day to drop reserved rooms.

December 15 — Credit Card Authorization

The required Sertifi credit card payment must be completed by December 15. Rooms without completed payment will be canceled.
