Pre-registration will be available until 11:59PM on December 22, 2024. Onsite registration will be available throughout the duration of the event.

Everyone 12 and older must be registered to attend the event.
Sunday evening’s service is open to the public at no charge.

Registration is refundable or transferable before the event begins, only if you have a student or chaperone unable to attend the event. All refunds must be completed by 6PM on December 29th.
There will be no refunds for the Late Night Events.

Yes. We are offering a per-service registration rate onsite for Monday and Tuesday at $15 per service. This can be purchased at the registration booth in the lobby outside of the ballroom.

Sunday evening’s service is open to the public at no charge. Everyone 12 and older must register and have a badge in order to attend the rest of the event.

No. Registration for Pastors, Youth Leaders, Young Adult Leaders, District Board members, and spouses is free but they must still fill out their information under the appropriate registration and receive a badge.

You will receive your badge(s) when you arrive in Rogers at the registration booth. If you registered with a group, your group leader will have your badge.

Yes, a special offering will be received during the Sunday evening service.

Replacement badges are $5 and will be available at the registration booth. You must show proof of registration.

Yes. Chaperone registration is available under the group registration and is $30 for the first three chaperones for each group.

Students and young adults that qualified for level 2 or 3 of the MTM Rewards program ($500 or more) will receive free registration under the group registration.
